Refund policy
All Sales Are Final – We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. No refunds will be issued for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing. In rare cases of delivery damage or defective items, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number; at our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit—refunds are still not available. All packages are securely packaged and shipped using industry-standard materials and reliable carriers; tracking information is provided for every order. Please verify all order details—including product, size, color, and shipping address—before checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of receiving the order, if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
