Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, after which they are shipped via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout. We securely package all orders using industry-standard materials and provide tracking information once your order ships. Shipping costs vary based on weight, destination, and selected method; any applicable fees will be displayed before you complete checkout. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (excluding PO boxes/APO/FPO), and offer international shipping—customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or additional fees. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number; we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, though ultimate liability rests with them.
